MISSION:
In the position of Retail Hospitality Support, you will assist the Louis Vuitton store team in delivering the best experience to our clients. In this non-selling role, you will be responsible for welcoming the clients and initiating the perfect client’s journey through a warm welcome, by effectively determining their needs and providing direction within the store. You will partner with the managers and client advisors to ensure that every client has a unique experience, essential to delivering the Louis Vuitton Promise.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcoming clients and provide an excellent first impression of our brand to all clients
- Supporting the team by animating the waiting clients and ensuring smooth client communication and experience
- Managing the daily client appointment calendar, promoting our appointment service as required
- Providing clients with refreshments
- Provide recommendations and guide clients to local happenings, restaurants, cultural events, points of interest, etc.
- Maintaining visual standards throughout the day in all parts of the store
- Wrapping and packaging assistance to the sales team & supporting the back of house team with replenishments product deliveries arrangements
PROFIL
EXPECTED ATTITUDES & SKILLS:
- Passion for the brand and client experiences
- Experience in Concierge Services, Hosting Services, VIP Relations, and/or Hospitality Management
- Demonstrated success in a client facing environment
- Proactive mindset & excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Strong command of French/Dutch and English
