Responsibilities:

Manage security tickets by following established processes, prioritizing incidents, and resolving security issues in a timely manner.
Monitor security events and logs to detect suspicious activities, anomalies, and security breaches.
Analyze security alerts and conduct in-depth investigations to determine the nature and scope of incidents.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve security incidents and implement corrective measures.
Establish and maintain security monitoring tools, intrusion detection systems, and data loss prevention systems.
Continuously assess and improve security ticket management processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of incidents, response activities, and remediation measures taken.
Provide technical support and security advice to other team members and internal users.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in IT security consulting, network security, and system analysis.
Proficiency in security tools such as Kali Linux, Nmap, and Jira.
Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Office365, Intune, Advanced Threat Prevention, and Windows Server.
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems, specifically CyberArk.
Knowledge of security frameworks, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are preferred.
Ideally fluent Flemish, French and English speaker.
