What you’ll be doing

Team Digital’s mission is to bring Isabel Group’s processes to the next level of digitalization. We bring efficiency, effectiveness and coherence to these processes by engaging with our internal customers and by working with them to design and implement agreed business outcomes. Our Digital Workplace team ensures that all of Isabel Group’s employees are equipped with the best possible tools and equipment to be effective and efficient.

You will be part of a team of 8 experienced and capable people that manage the digital workplace within Isabel Group. This team sits at the center of the team between ISA Office (Service Desk), the Tooling team, management and the internal customers. The assignment consists of two main activities:
  • First of all, there is the asset management role. You make sure that there is a consistent and up to data configuration management database that can be used to support various business processes.
  • Second, you will participate in the creation, maintenance and support of tooling created with Microsoft’s Power Apps or similar tools.

The activities that you will be doing

  • Asset Management (approx. 1/3rd)

Manage the digital assets (software and hardware) owned by Team Digital:

  • Maintain a configuration management database with up to date and correct information about all assets.
  • Develop and perform quality checks on the data.
  • Support the lifecycle management of the assets through reporting and collaboration with the various asset owners.
  • Perform license management of software assets by interacting with internal stakeholders and the suppliers of the software.


2. Workplace Devops/Workplace Engineer (approx. 2/3rd)

  • Provide technical assistance to ISA Office (first line support) and administrative services for the department, contributing to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team.
  • Contribute to analyze changes in requirements and provide enhancements to the department’s applications, software and hardware supported by the department, provide support and document the processes.
  • Coordinate with software vendors and other internal teams to perform investigations on application issues and provide effective resolutions.
