Cabaïa is distributed through 3 channels: 21 retail shops in France, a network of over 5,000 multi-brand retailers, and an e-shop! We continue to invent and create new concepts and products, but all our concepts retain the same DNA: an eco-conscious, colorful accessory product in an original universe, a great customer experience and a leitmotif: "AMAZING EVERY DAY"

Your missions if you accept:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the Store Manager's right-hand person, responsible for organizing and managing the store. You'll be able to sell our colorful products with a captivating smile and an overwhelmingly positive attitude. Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Co-managing a sales team;
- Co-managing team schedules using Skello;
- Conducting sales training;
- Participating in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Providing customer advice and promoting product sales;
- Receiving deliveries;
- Implementing merchandising strategies;
- Organizing and participating in inventories.
