ARUBA SUPPORT ENGINEER (M/F)
What will you have to do?
- Provide technical support for complex network and security issues.
- Monitor networking performance and ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve technical issues.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement security measures to protect the system from cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in networking and security.
- Support ongoing projects.-
- Ensure that systems meet compliance and security requirements and assist in reviewing audits.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of our services.
- Support the presales team by providing technical expertise in answering requests for quotation.
- Contact suppliers for problem resolution.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of HP Aruba & Clearpass.
- Experience with Central and Airwave.
- Thorough knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
- No fear of administration and see the importance of well-documented installations and configurations;
- work independently, methodically, structured and organised;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dutch language: C-level
- French language: A-level
- English language: B-level
- (Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate).
- CCNP.
- Aruba Certified ClearPass Associate or Professional (ACCA / ACCP).
- Aruba Certified Mobility Associate or Professional (ACMA / ACMP).
- Aruba Certified Switching Associate or Professional (ACSA / ACSP).
- Aruba Certified Associate-campus Access.
- Aruba Certified Associate-Network Security.
