Internship - Customer Relations Support (Start Beginning of January, 6 months)

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description

Customer Relations mission is to go beyond customer’s expectations in ways that delight them, inspiring them with new possibilities and turning them from customers to fans for life in a seamless, transparent and reliable way.
Customer Relations at TME’s responsibilities are:
  • Manage escalated customer cases with the National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSCs)
  • Collect and analyse KPI’s
  • Provide tools and methods to support the NMSCs (via dealers / call centers)
  • Support NMSCs with challenging cases

Your project
  • Collect on a quarterly basis from different tools, several departements and from NMSC’s their KPI’s to consolidate in a common file.
  • Analyse the trends from those KPI's collected and present to the team to take action.
  • Update quarterly the master file with KPI’s and yearly their targets.
  • Contact NMSC’s to close cases (customer inquiry or customer complaint) in the Pan-Europen case management tool.
  • Create / upload cases in Pan-European case management tool. Through the tool, send acknowledgement email to the customer and foward all to the concerned NMSC Customer Relations (CR) (except for cases from top management)
  • Consolidate the Monthly Top Issues reports from NMSC into one common file. Reformat the document
  • Book meetings and meeting rooms
  • Gather topics and create deck for the Monthly CR Meeting
  • Upload on a weekly / monthly basis knowleadge sharing materials on Teams from different departments.
  • Support during Quarterly or Yearly meetings by collecting hotel reservations, local presentations,... from the NMSC’s, agencies and colleagues

Your Profile:
  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • Any other language is an asset
  • You have good communication skills
  • You have interest in customer relations and human relationships
  • You are patient, proactive, organised and curious
  • You have strong EXCEL skills and knowledge of Power BI is an asset
  • You have a business or engineering background

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
