Tasks
You support CEO with various administrative tasks.
You are independent and can solve issues. Filter threw unsolvable matters to the CEO.
You can prepare presentations in Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
You provide support at a number of meetings: organising the meetings, preparing the agenda, making reports, etc.
You can cold call and setup meetings for the CEO.
You make adjustments at the request of colleagues, but you also see what could be done better or clearer on work flows.
Profile
Knowledge and experience - You have a good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Accuracy - You process all data and information without errors.
Independence - You work both independently and in a team and you have sufficient assertiveness.
Determining priorities - You keep the overview, and you work proactively.
Language skills - You have language skills and strong communication skills. You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Spoken aswel as written.
