Our client, a leading organization in the data and business intelligence (BI) domain, is seeking a motivated Qlik System Administrator to join their dynamic Team Tooling & Services. The team plays a crucial role in providing essential BI tools and technologies to enable stakeholders to create their BI solutions and applications. As a Qlik System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning and performance of Qlik products and infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with offshore teams, coordinating critical incidents, and contributing to transformative projects.
Role & Responsibilities:

- Act as a "linking-pin" between the offshore team and the client's organization, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize the infrastructure to ensure performance, stability, and availability.
- Handle daily operations, including monitoring, performance checks, and prompt resolution of system issues.
- Install updates and patches to maintain smooth operations and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades based on technological changes or new requirements.
- Collaborate on technical challenges, providing expertise and serving as a point of contact for the team.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and their impact on systems, in coordination with the team.

Technical Skills (some or all are a plus):
- QlikView & Qlik Sense administration and infrastructure setup.
- Monitoring and resolving issues in QlikView & Qlik Sense tasks and Access Point.
- Upgrading QlikView & Qlik Sense environments.
- Experience in NPrinting, GeoAnalytics, and UAC/UDM.
- QlikView & Qlik Sense development knowledge.
- Access control using QMC, section access, AD groups.
- Ability to debug failures in QlikView & Qlik Sense apps, tasks, and processes.
